Integrative health emphasizes multimodal interventions. I bridge techniques drawn from conventional medicine, lifestyle changes, physical rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and Complementary and Alternative Medicine in a personalized combination to suit your individual needs.

This includes Movement Therapy, Yoga, Mindfulness Training, Instinctive Meditation Coaching, and Relaxation Therapy.

Body-based therapy addresses stress and anxiety through physiology first and psychology second so that you can heal at the cellular level.
