Individual Adult Therapy

This service is designed for adults seeking support in achieving their personal goals and improving emotional well-being.

Sessions include insight-oriented conversations and integrative cognitive behavioral strategies that support healthy thinking, emotions, and behaviors. My therapeutic style is empathetic, reflective, and collaborative, fostering meaningful healing, self-awareness, and growth. I also offer coordination with other providers on your treatment team to support holistic care.

Therapy is viewed as a collaborative process. My role is to help you identify and work through barriers that may be limiting your fulfillment. As goals are achieved, therapy may naturally come to a close.
