Do you…

Feel disconnected from your body?

Do you feel like you are in your head often and rarely feel connected to your gut instincts?

Find yourself operating in auto-pilot with an anxious mind?

Feel caught in your mental stories of what happened or might happen in the future, constantly thinking, judging, or worrying?

How to Recognize the Symptoms / Signs

WE STORE EMOTION, MEMORY, AND PAIN AT A CELLULAR LEVEL. COMMON SIGNS:

○ Chronic Stress

○ Difficulty Concentrating

○ Irritability and Angry Outbursts

○ Physical Tension or Pain

○ Controlling Behaviors

○ Poor Sleep or Insomnia

○ Poor Habits or Unhealthy Coping Strategies

○ Compassion Blocks

○ General Malaise

Research and MRI scans show us that yoga and meditation can create positive changes in the brain due to neuroplasticity. Your brain has the ability to develop new positive neural rewiring that can result in an improved mood, cognition, attention, and memory.

Why work with Jessica?

I am an authorized and certified Yoga teacher + an authorized and certified 500-hour Instinctive Meditation™ teacher through the Radiance Sutras® pranava School of Meditation and Yoga Alliance.

I received my yoga teacher training certificate from Dhyana Yoga Ashtanga-based Vinyasa in 2016. Since then, I've completed intensive yoga training in trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness, and restorative practices.

I received training from across the country, from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health to the Esalen Institute, a leading center for exploring and realizing human potential through experience, education, and research.

My teaching background includes vinyasa group and mental health yoga for yoga studios across the East Coast. From seminars and corporate companies to hospital settings, I enjoy practicing yoga to unite the mind, body, and spirit.

“Jessica is brilliant and loving. If you need a bit of therapy (who doesn't?) and skillful guidance in your meditation practice, get in touch with her.”
