About Jessica

From an early age, I felt drawn to understanding psychology and physiology and how they shape human thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

Over time, my interest expanded to include holistic practices such as yoga and meditation, and I began to notice the meaningful connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being. This perspective has shaped my approach to therapy, where I value both self-awareness and practical tools for change.

I believe meaningful healing happens when we learn to slow down, notice our internal experiences, and develop the skills to respond with greater intention and compassion.

Beyond Coping:
A Path Toward Healing

In 2008, I began my training in psychology and mental health with a focus on the mind-body connection. It became clear that the mind and body are deeply interconnected, a finding supported by decades of research.

From a cognitive behavioral perspective, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical responses influence one another in daily life. By increasing awareness of these patterns and learning practical tools to shift them, you can create meaningful, lasting change and move beyond simply coping.
