An online 5 week meditation skills group

Instinctive Meditation was founded by Dr. Lorin Roche, an author and meditation teacher since 1969. This style of meditation embraces all people, all emotions, the busy mind, and busy people. We will explore fundamental practices that will support you in decreasing self-doubt and enable you to feel whole. This group is for you if you struggle with mild depression, anxiety, confidence or trust issues, low energy, or creative blocks.

Time: 6:00 - 7:30 PM EST

INVESTMENT:

$150 per session.

Sliding scale payment options available.

MEET YOUR GUIDE:

Jessica Pavelka, MS, LPC, NCC, RYT

is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Radiance Sutras Meditation Coach. She has a private practice in Philadelphia and enjoys bridging meditation and mental health.
