Meditation Coaching
“The Instinctive Meditation® approach is a way of learning and practicing meditation so that it becomes the most natural thing in the world for you—a chance to rest deeply, reclaim your love of life, release tension, and emerge refreshed after just a few minutes. This approach is grounded in the ancient yoga tradition as well as over 50 years of scientific research on the physiology of meditation.” - Lorin Roche, PhD

Instinctive Meditation
“The Radiance Sutras is a lively version of the classic meditation text, The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, which describes 112 different doorways into meditation. The text emerged in Kashmir around 800 AD and is characterized by a wide-open embrace of all human experience. It is addressed to people living in the world who seek to cultivate rich inner and outer lives.”
