Payment & Insurance
Accepted Payment Methods: American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa.
I do not bill insurance for treatment. Payment for service is collected at the time of your appointment. Your health plan may cover “out of network” services in full or in part. Upon request, a receipt of services can be provided to you in order to be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please first call your health insurance member services to find out the specifics of what your plan covers. Some questions to consider:
· Do I need a referral from my primary care physician for mental health services?
· Do I have a deductible and has it already been met?
· How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
· How much will my insurance reimburse for the cost of out of network counseling?
